Mango season!!

We drove around 5 hours round trip to get these beauties; Valencia Pride. Some are ready to eat and some we are waiting to get good and ripe. At some point I’m expecting to have to freeze them as I’m sure we will not be able to eat them fast enough. In that case we’ll freeze them for a winter day.
